CHAPTERS 1-3: Question 3

Since, they seem to be very good friends, I'm pretty sure Mary Jane likes him to; so, if Peter told her he liked her, i think they'd probably start dating, and would be very good together. Also, you can see how, when Liz is trying to kiss Peter, Mary Jane got really upset and left. That obviously shows that they like each other, so they'd probably end up kissing in the rain while Spiderman is hanging upside down.
